These are things already agreed to verbally so he shouldn't have a problem. NOt that the price I marked in place of Estimated Cost is the $38.95 price plus the service charge ($47) but no tax. I don't think tax is paid on penalty fees. For internet registration they only have to provide a URL that takes the user to the Marriot site but automatically fills in the group-rate code for this event. Tell him the Dallas Airport North folks can tell him how to do it if his folks aren't sure how. I didn't notice anything else missing -- did any of you? > I will need to work on him on the banquet. Suggestion: Tell him that the high price $50 including service fee and tax is going to hold demand way down, that they will sell more dinners and make more money if they can fashion a nice meal for closer to $35 than $50, including tax and service fee. Tell him these aren't congressmembers or oil company lobbyists, these are aquarium hobbyists; they dress nicely but $50 per meal is an extraordinary price for a banquet at an aquarium convention and he'll just drive folks into other restaurants at $50. If Larry has a diff tack, take Larry's. sh ===== S.
