guy from Israel who ordered the 2003 convention on tape.  This would 
probably be the first actual negative feedback I've gotten on any of the 
tapes!

Yes - thanks for asking, I received them ~1 month ago - but the quality
is very very low and I could understand around 30% of the presentations.
It was impossible to understand what Roger Miller, Kassleman and George
booth were talking about.
Kind of disappointed here... :-(
