That's too bad!  I haven't watched the DVD from start to finish, but I had
no problem with the sections I did watch.  We've found, often enough, that
you can't make everyone happy!

I have to say, it makes me chuckle that people hold AGA to such high
standards.  Overall we have a pretty "professional" results for a group of
overworked volunteers!<g>
