He is partly right, of course. "The quality is very very low" may be
because he insisted on the VHS version recorded in 6-hour mode, and it is
true that we had audio difficulties in those three presentations, but
"impossible to understand?" No, Kathy got to see every presentation when
I was editing.
I agree, overly-high standards. Definitely amused at it all, from the
start with "cheapest shipping possible" through today.
