Simple is good. But if you'll indulge my wandering mind a little bit longer. . . Putting aside the timing issue re early regs that Cheryl brought up, tshirts sales don't have to be any more complicated than buying a field trip along with reg. Or are you thinking that the books were a terrible pain last year. Seemed the biggest pain with those was trying to work to specific sized lots/cases, which shouldn't be an issue here. Another way to go is to have thshirts for sale at the convention. AGA2K4 buys the shirts from AGA at cost (including any shipping) for the ones sold. The costs and revs of the shirts sold becomes part of convention net split with AGA. While we split revs on the shirts sold, we also split costs and it could boost thsirt sales. It's just working the product cross-marketing the other way around. GWPA would have to be willing to set up a cashier for it. Any unsold shirts taken to AGA2K4 I could bring back and I'd be willing to ship those out as they are sold -- I'm betting it won't be as many as Ann will have to deal with. Or, going back to simpler (possibly). What if we offer the shirts to AGA2K4 at cost, they do what they want with them and we're out of it except insofar as it affects the AGA2K4 net? Btw, I think GWAPA wants to do autographed copies of _Ecology. . ._ but they will handle the physical logistics without us. sh --- Erik Olson <erik@thekrib.com> wrote: > On Sun, 4 Apr 2004, S.
