Yep, I was assuming lots of 1,000. I did not know that the printing size did not go in chunks. I've only worked with printers that charged chunk style ;-) For 801-1,000 copies the price is $0.15 each ($30/200). And then it jumps up again at 1,001 - 2,000 to $1 each? The princing still sounds sort of lumpy.
