Re: [AGA SC] Re: AGA Goals (fwd)

I have a young lawyer friend, specializing in corporate law, and I would be comfortable asking her at least on a trial balloon basis. And being highly ethical (she was one of my instructors in tkd) she would also be comfortable telling me that she can't help me, either for personal or professional reasons, if that's how she feels.

If the rest of you agree that I should ask her, then David, so I don't mess up, or forget something, will you please send me an e-mail detailing our concerns that I can forward to her?

I think we are at the point where we really need to get some legal
advice.Since I'm an old grump, even though I have a number of friends who
are attorneys, this is the kind of thing we would have to pay for, and my
old coot lawyer friends are pretty expensive. Does anyone have a young(er)
lawyer who knows aboutr this stuff who we could hire.
David
PS -- If you want I will make this as a formal motion -- that we hire an
attorney to advise us about the legal aspects of AGA starting a forum on the
Internet, and that we spent up to $1,500 for the lawyer's time.
