For the attorney to have something to work with, perhaps we
should have a proposal in hand?

I have brother who is an attorney out in LA, but I couldn't
afford him even if I took out a second. I'll ask him,
though if he knows any atty's out here that he could
recomend that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg.
