[AGA SC] Treasurer Transition and a few questions

This is just a little update on the transition. And I have
a question that one of you might know the answer to. I know
David is wrapped up with other matters right now and I'll
catch up with him when he gets back. Also, David and I have
previously discussed these matters via emails. 

But I have a question that is probably best posed to the
Board. 

The transition hasn't been completed but I have assumed
some functions. An important thing that still needs to be
done is for me to open an AGA bank account and then
transfer funds from the MA account to NJ. To do that I need
some documents that David can provide when he gets back
(incorporation document, tax exempt status). *Plus* I need
evidence that I have authority to disburse AGA funds -- a
reasonable thing for a bank to ask for. Under the Bylaws,
the Treasurer has that authority. So I need something
signifying me as Treasurer. Still with me?

I don't want to walk into the bank with a printout from the
archives of the email thread in which the voting occured.
That's more info than the bank needs. I think what will
suffice is document that names the Board of Directors and a
document recording the vote for Treasurer and signed by an
appropriate person.  Who is the appropriate person? Glad
you asked. Under the Bylaws, this should be the Clerk. We
have a Clerk? Under the Bylaws, we have two of them.

So my question is this: Who is (are) the Clerk(s)?

I have some other questions, but they are best directed to
David.
