Re: [AGA SC] Treasurer Transition and a few questions



I have no idea who the clerks are.  I didn't know we had such an office, but
I tend to glaze over at the mere mention of bylaws.  My favorite
organization has only one rule... That anyone mentiong bylaws has to buy
everyone else a drink.

Sorry, I know that's not very helpful...

Seriously, I hate to volunteer for anyhting, but if it helps with the
problem of being incorporated in MA, and we DON'T have other people
designated as clerks, maybe David and I could share that duty, since we are
both MA residents.  I don't know what other duties a clerk might have, but
if it's a matter of signing an occasional form...
