I didn't know I had to be in a club to enjoy that rule!

I figured we had not actually elected anyone to the office
but I also figured the only way to know was to ask the B. I
know this is all more official than most of us care to
bother with, but with the incorporation we acquire a few
adminsitrative things that a little private club doesn't
have to think about. Did the Mickey Mouse Club ever file
taxes? Not the show but the club?

This might be the only time that the need for a clerk comes
up. So it could be anybody the B elects. Otoh, I know
somone that keeps all kinds of records on the membership
and that sort fits with what the Clerks' responsibilities.
Maybe Cheryl is one and we just never knew. Perhaps, this
is another case where we should double the pay ;-)
