[AGA SC] Motion to the BD

I move that Cheryl be elected Clerk.
I move that Karen be elected Clerk,
I move that I be elected Clerk.

Somebody pick any two of the above and second those two
motions for the two Clerk positions. I figured we ought to
do it for the record -- and that will fill the official
offices of the corp.

It's basically official recordkeeping, which is why I
included Cheryl and myself. Karen offered, so I included
her too.
