Great. Didn't know that. That it will help preserve status
as *prinicple offices in MA* and being an *MA corp* --
avoiding the need to reincorp in NJ, which we don't want to
do unless we absoutely have to -- more forms than a
Play-doh factdory!

So our main Clerk ought to be an MA Board member.

So, given the offers so far, Karen should be one of Clerks.
. . or so it seems to me.
