The deal on the insurance is that the limit is the
limit for any/all claims that they pay in a year. They would include paying for
legal defense, and it basically covers negligence or errors in the normal course
of what we do for AGA. Somehow I don't think that what my insuracne guy has
quoted for us is what we need, and it certainly is pricey. I would suggest that
we wait to see what Rusty copmes up with.
