Re: [AGA SC] Taxes filings

According to the IRS even non-prof corps are required to
file by the 5th month of their fiscal year and quarterly
(estimated revs) if nonrelated revs are involved. The fine
is $20 per day of delinquincy. Anybody care to suggest next
steps?
