Of course, if he passes it on to other aquarists in his
"area", we run the risk of even more Indonesia inhabitants
wanting but unable to join :-\
Still I doubt that we have a lot of potential members from
that one area. I wonder just how large an area paypal
blocks (just Indonesia, southeast Asia ????)
