What's good about the silent auction is that one can move a lot of items very quickly -- so you can turn around a lot of goods while the crowd is still large. What's bad about it is that you are moving a lot of items very quickly -- which means the lots of transactions to cashier in heavy uneven bursts. Let's see what the Gwapas have planned. Visiting folks was the best part of the of the ACA convention. 2nd best was watching Stalsberg consistently go back one slide before going forward. It was instant replay with stills!
