Some of you got this and some didn't. I know Jay from a few conversations and we hung out together at one of the NECs and another convention. He's a plant guy that's worked to increase AGA and plant awareness in NJAS -- They even have plant program of sorts, thanks to Jay. Another really nice guy. He's recently moved, been building a siseable fishroom and got married a couple of weeks ago. So I am not sure about how much time he will have on his hands -- this is why he didn't make NEC this year. However, he's expressed interest in helping AGA a number of times in the past -- his offers have hinged around the photography angle. And I expect him to continue attending the AGA conventions Forget about whether he's highly skilled or just learning about photography -- I think the salary he's asking makes this a no brainer. There might be some expenses (although I can't think of for what), but with digital photography, there won't be film costs and he's obviously not asking for transportation. I am very inclined to adding Jay as photographer, not as a Board position but a new "off-board" position. sh --- Jay Luto <jayluto@hotmail.com> wrote: > From: "Jay Luto" <jayluto@hotmail.com> > To: "Ghazanfar Ghori - McLean" <ghori@ghori.net>, > "Erik Olsen" <erik@thekrib.com>, > "Karen Randall" <krandall@rdrcpa.biz>, > "Scott Hieber" <shieber@yahoo.com> > Subject: AGA '04 - Photography > Date: Sun, 29 Aug 2004 01:47:28 -0400 > > Hello All, > > AGA'03 is a history and AGA'04 is around the corner.
