[AGA-sc] Proposals?

Sounds like it might be time for some proposals.  I'm not sure, because 
in my current sucky president mode, I can't remember if Cheryl already 
has permission to modify the group discount/premium policy.  So perhaps we 
be safe:

  * Proposal 04-081: Modified Premium and Group Discount memberships:
    Accept Cheryl's new scheme as outlined in the PDF she sent around
    this week.  (Like I say, I don't know if we need this as a proposal...
    Cheryl?)

  * Proposal 04-082: Grant Cheryl funds to print a new set of brochures
    (maybe 3000 this time?) with the line taken out about Visa, updated
    board info, and cooler logo to be supplied by Erik when he gets his
    main computer back together.

  * Proposal 04-084: Grant Jay Luto the title Convention Photographer,
    with credit on the AGA website, and job description to include
    creating a gallery for the 2004 convention of his and others' photos.

  * Proposal 04-085: Dissolve the Management Committee, and create new
    "Advisory Committee", a mailing list consisting of board plus active
    workers such as committee heads, convention planners, and local club
    delegates.

    (Note on above: I was going to include proposals for offering Mike and
    Larry board positions, but was thinking...instead we could offer Larry
    a seat on the advisory committee as past convention chair (Mike would
    already be on that list as historian), start to move to that list for
    main discusssions, and then see how participation goes after a few
    months.)

Am I missing any?  Please comment on any of these today, and maybe we can 
vote tomorrow?
