Yes.  But Cheryl, I have one suggested change in wording on your flier.  Can
you make it clear that participation in the Advisory Committee (that needs
to be changed too, actually) is via a closed e-mail list, so people know
ahead of time it's via the internet?

Yes.

I'd still prefer to give him the title of "Staff Photographer" if he likes
that.  It has more of a sense of continuity than just being an event
photographer... And we CAN use his help with TAG if he wants to help there
from time to time during the year.
