Right, and it's still wonky.  I had intended for these to be "Proposed 
Proposals" for people to evaluate, my interpretation of the discussion 
of the last week, so we could get the ball rolling.  I would interpret 
Karen and Scott's reactions as seconds. :)  But let's hold on from further 
voting until tomorrow, just in case anyone has more points or adjustments.
