Well, when I said they worked hard, I meant at the convention. And for now, that's all they are going to remember. But a LOT of the confusion and problems could ahve been averted with a modicum of effort earlier in the year, and a LOT of it, we could have helped with if they had been willing to accept our advice and offers to help.
