Well, when I said they worked hard, I meant at the convention.  And for now,
that's all they are going to remember.  But a LOT of the confusion and
problems could ahve been averted with a modicum of effort earlier in the
year, and a LOT of it, we could have helped with if they had been willing to
accept our advice and offers to help.  If we had pushed any harder, I'm sure
we would have been seen as "taking over".
