Jay can definitely upload bigger pictures.  I think it's his choice of 
making them small.

I've never kept the old pictures around for longer than a year.  Didn't 
really think it was that important as they weren't a critical part of the 
AGA site, just sort of a "fun" temporal thing...and not really well sorted 
(of course I think they are worse-sorted this year... i.e., left as "by 
person" rather than mixed together for each category... that was actually 
the only difficult work I did last year, merging in all the timelines 
for 4 different photographers and trying to pick the best).
