Hi,
I think that would be fine, but like Cheryl said, get it all in writing!!
Thank you very much for talking with him and NOT getting into another
complex Dave deal.
Just the thought of another Dave deal makes me not want to give an inch,
that said, don't want to cut off my nose to spite my face type of thing.
We give so many TAG's away and that is our main expense, a lifetime
membership sounds reasonable.
Thanks again,
Kathy

Dave called me tonight and we talked about PAM. As I suspected, more than
anything else, he's looking for another pat on the back.
I explained that he BOD was a little gun-shy because we had lost so much on
the PAM deal (though I also made appropriate noises about how we understood
how much money he lost also) and did not want to "negotiate" on whether PAM
could be included on the DVD's or not... He was either OK with it, or he
wasn't.
He said he didn't want much, just a token rememberance. He started in with
some complicated Dave-type "deal", and I said that, no, we just weren't going
to get into that sort of thing. The bottom line is that I am quite sure that
if I have the board's approval to put Dave permanently on the AGA membership
list, I can get him to turn over all rights to PAM. I think in the long run,
it would be worth it. How do the rest of you feel?
