That is sensible to include back issues as part of TAG! - Erik On Fri, 25 Feb 2005, S. Hieber wrote:

In the Activity analyses sales on "non-subscription" TAGs were collapsed into the TAG activity. Yes, I know individual sales include some PAM sales too, but I think the amount PAM contributed is negligible and not worth treating discreetly. I think PAM sales were usually only in conjunction with some other sale, so they have a marginal value but it's very small. (I'm talking about a small revenue value not the general educational or aesthetic worth of PAM.) Any TAG/PAM sales that were in a membership combo were collapsed into TAG, as was Membership (for the reason noted in the report). Luckily that obviated any need to allocate the revenues of the Combos between Memberhsip and TAG sales. In the Gross Revs, the combos were collapsed into Membership. One could argue that the Combo revs should be split, but the amount is small, the effect on the results minimal and moreover the ratio of the split would be subjective, so I did not split. If anyone is interested, I can add charts that show sales uncollapsed, which includes all the different types of membership items, etc. I have one right here; it's a very busy, crowded chart. sh _______________________________________________ AGA-sc mailing list AGA-sc@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-sc
