Right.  I am going to have no involvement on the deal here -- too much 
"history" for my sanity.  Just mentally working through the possibilities 
of what might happen regarding the TAG archive should such a deal go 
through.  Trying to avoid the on-again, off-again, back-on-again effect, 
and this was one possibility that could work quite well.  So, based on 
that as a possibility, I am OK with going after the rights by offering 
Dave a life membership.

Incidentally, I didn't think we offered life memberships per se to the 
board or management folks -- seemed more like "free while working".  For 
instance, we pulled Mary McCaw's freebie membership after she bailed, and 
same with Cashin.
