Proposal is now up for voting, to allow Karen to finish the deal with 
Gomberg, which offers Dave Gomberg AGA membership for life in exchange for 
surrenduring all rights to Planted Aquaria Magazine (with appropriate 
legal and official wording so that authors don't come after us demanding 
back pay).
