In order to move this along, I am also voting yes. Still no word from 
Karen, Dorothy and Scott.  I suspect that Karen and Scott at least may be 
abstaining from this vote, so if you are planning to abstain, please 
indicate so.  I have approximately 24 hours left of AGA time in me; let's 
get this thing done with.
