I think it absolves us of taxes. I have to check on the
issue of not filing the forms that tax-exempts have to
file. But if they went back to Oct, 2001, then we're
probably okie. Those filings are so the IRS can be sure the
corp is still behaving like a tax-exempt -- and the IRS
obviously just made that determination.
