Mahtra at the IRS could have just stamped us denied and gone on to the next case, especially when she was waiting for me to contact here while (unbeknownst to her) I was in brasil. And the whole thing took less than a year, sort of, depending on how you look at it. I'll draft up some text and send it you--probably not for a few days at best or after NEC.
