Because we can only do the double-gateway on a single forum, and it looks
like Roger and others will prefer that to be not on one of the "normal"
topics, I'm working on what I call the "Karen feature" right now...
It'll be a mailman e-mail list (which will be called "aga-everything" or
"aga-forums") which will deliver *every* forum post in every forum, direct
to your inbox. It'll be read-only, so that if you want to reply you have
to do it on the forum. Then I can turn off the stupid "notification"
feature that sends you an e-mail saying "Hey, there's a new forum post"
instead of what the damn post actually is.
I will probably subscribe to that list in digest mode. :)

Erik, if you're feeling stressed about these things, then how can we
help?
Probably the best thing you guys can all do is stand by and be willing
to dig in when/if we have to do the convention ourselves.
I'm OK asking Larry now too. He is really crucial to getting the
convention working.
Talked with Phil yesterday evening -- he thinks the e-mail gateway will
really make a difference with the AGA, something no other forum really
has.
