Awfully quiet here.  Is anyone planning on saying anything about this 
"proposal"?  I can't figure out if Jim is considering this "it" or not, 
and I haven't had more than a couple minutes to compose a reply, but this 
seems to me a far cry from Skidmore's "We will put together a quality 
bid."

Erik,

The program is in the lower part of the email, the budget attached  as a .xls. 
That's all I sent. Were you looking for the list of who is assigned to what ? I 
dont have that finalized yet, need to reconfirm a few things.
