Rename the Guidelines "Request for Bid" and e-mail it to him.

Erik, I e-mailed Skids last week, NOT about the convention, asking was 
there anything the AGA could do for SFBAAPS as a Premium Club and I have 
had no response. So perhaps Skids is not the best liason for the job. 
Could you have a private chat with their president next time you get a 
chance?
