We call index cards "Belts."

I have in the past thought that the Current Convention Doc could be 
broken down into better sections, almost like file folders with 
different-colored paper marked "For the Auction Chair" "For the 
Welcoming Committee" "For the Registration Committee" etc., each of 
which outlines a specific set of tasks but collectively also implies the 
need for Committees and People Who Head Committees.

Gawd, I've been hanging around Scott too much.
