I started a list yesterday. Let's add and subtract from
that. I don't want to list stuff they've already sent; I
think that would cause them consternation. For example,
they've sent a budget but I can't complete it until I have
the hotel contract. so I wouldn't list budget again but I'd
list the hotel agreements so that the budget can be
completed.

As for speakers, I don't know what they have in mind but if
it doesn't include Dorothy, can we bring her to our little
meeting at NEC? Or maybe we can write that into the list
for SFBAAPS ;-)
