Therefore, I move that the Board resolve that

1) the AGA open a second demand deposit bank account, as an interest bearing account, in the state of NJ, subject to the applicable laws and regulations and

2) the Treasurer be the authorized signer on the account,
move funds between the AGA bank accounts as is in the interests of the AGA,
    maintain auditable records of account activity, and
    report thereon to the Board periodically and upon its request.
