Well, whether Tom was taking himself seriously or not, others might have been 
mislead, so it's good you posted and very clear, and plainly said.
 
SF will be much more ticked if they spend the next few weeks thinking they have 
a lock but don't turn in a decent proposal. So again, I think it's good you 
posted. sh
