Besides, at this point, to respond at all puts us in the "bad guy" position, unless we get into the "why's" of not having accepted the bid. (after a year and a half) I'd let it go until Feb. 1. Either they come through, and everything is fine, or they are the ones who end up looking bad.

I swear Tom is baiting you right now. I have wavered several times about sending a response, but when I think about it, no response can do any good at the moment. MAYBE one could post a short response saying that there have been no complete bids accepted yet, but even that may tick off the SFBAAPS guys. Not sure.
