Amazingly, the price quoted jives perfectly with my calculations.
I love it when a plan comes together. (You are *old* if you know what TV
show that comes from.)

My apology for my delay in response. I understand from your previous
email you would like to reserve a 1/6 page color ad in the July -Dec
2006 issues.
The cost of your ad would amount to $395.89 per month. As a new
advertiser we would require the first ad be paid for upfront.
In order to reserve space for the July issue provide me with the
following information.
1) phone number
2) fax number
3) mailing address
4) orientation of your 1/6 page ad (vertical or horizontal)
Once this information is received I will write up a contract and send it
to you via fax or email. At which point you would review it, sign it and
fax back to me by March 28th. Art materials for the July issue are due
by April 8th.

Camera ready art is submitting your artwork in digital format. We
accept
high resolution (300dpi or better) CMYK TIFF, EPS files. To ensure the
best printing results, we preferred high resolution PDF files. JPG

are not accepted. Black & White ads must be high resolution (300dpi or
better) grayscale files. Line Art must be 600dpi (grayscale of CMYK)
or
better.
The dimensions for a 1/4 page are...
1/4 Vertical W 4.125" X H 5"
1/4 Horizontal W 8.5" X H 2.435"
The dimensions for a 1/6 page are...
1/6 Vertical W 2.675" X H 5.065"
1/6 Horizontal W 5.6" X H 2.435"
In terms of billing...as a first time advertiser with TFH we require
your first month's ad to be paid up front. Each subsequent ad ran will
be billed as the ad appears. For example...if you run in our June 2006
issue...first month's payment will be due in advance by March 8th. An
invoice for the following issue will be received April 20th (along
with
a comp. issue), at which point you will have a month to submit
payment.
If you agree to run 6 ads you can run a different ad each issue as
long
as it is received by the artwork deadline for each issue. The issues
do
not have to be consecutive.

Can you please tell me the dimensions for a 1/4 page ad and a 1/6 page
ad? Also, what file types you accept, what constitutes camera ready
