I strongly suggest mentioning Monterey Aquarium as an "area attraction" and 
let those who want to go plan extra time into their stay so they can do it 
on their own.  The locals can go any time they want, a number of us from 
other areas have been there, like it, but won't want to add the travel time 
onto an already busy weekend, and others, (those who are primarily 
interested in the planted tank part of the hobby) just won't be that 
interested in it.  I think the likelihood of getting enough people to make 
THAT field trip break even ( or even come close) is very slim.
