Hmm.. my guess is that most of the "folks" there don't really care.  They 
think the MBA field trip is cool, and thus they mew about it.

But if we (meaning you) manage the budget and present Jim and Leon the 
numbers, he will see that only certain combinations will work.  And 
likewise if we (meaning me and Cheryl) control the online registrations, 
we can certainly mass-refund things if it comes to it.

Jim was cool with things with Dr. Tan once presented with the facts.
