But weren't there others that had memberships during November 2005 that have
expired or will expire before November 2006? Why do they too not get to
register without a membership? Why sut the ten from SFBAAPS?

No, no, no.
10 "memberships" which gets 10 people into the convention without paying
DIRECTLY for the $20 membership, seeing as how in theory they already
paid for them by buying a Premium Club membership.
I'm not suggesting that anyone not pay the $59 reg fee. Except me.
