I agree that it won't serve any legal purpose cuz legally they are not even an entity but I think that we should have them sign something with terms on it. This way we make sure they don't forget anything and bitch about it on the back end.... I am inclined to say make them join if they want to come, SFBAAS member or not. After all what is the worst that can happen, they don't help us do anything and we end up doing most of the work? ;-) I could be swayed to go the other way but so far I just have not come up with a good reason.
