At ACA, we shared revs from sales of goods, although they didn't do any auditing and we could have stiffed them (which, of course we didn't). Other than that, we have had free space. It makes sense to me that a commerical operation, one trying to make buck off of the purchasers that the convention has gathered, should share revs with the the convention producer. But other than that, I wouldn't want to charge. sh ----- Original Message ---- From: Karen Randall <krandall@rdrcpa.biz> To: Aquatic Gardeners Association Board <aga-sc@thekrib.com> Sent: Monday, June 5, 2006 6:55:57 AM Subject: Re: [AGA-sc] AGA Convention Info Needed (fwd) Oops. I didn't "read below". Traditionally, clubs make space for other non-profit aquarium-related clubs to put out some promotional literature. AGA has NEVER had to pay for table space at any convention I've attended. They probably don't need a whole table either... Maybe set up ONE table for literature on other organizations. Another alternative would be to allow them table space in exchange for X number of worker bees.
