Re: [AGA-sc] [AGA-conheads] registration update (fwd)

I wish all the volunteers thought this way...

Erik,

Thanks for your comments, you are a gentleman. And I do understand that you are juggling this with your current job, plus being a parent...so no offense taken.

Yes, A/V needs will be met. But that wasn't what I was referring to when I made my comment. I simply meant that my time would be better spent staying at the convention site and helping you with the A/V needs. Won't there be events at the convention just before, and just after the field trip? How about during the field trip, for folks who aren't going? Or is this free time for them to explore SF? Either way, I think just hanging out at the hotel and being a runner for you is probably the best use of my time. If something were to go south suddenly, I would know the closest place to get what we need (that is if the hotel doesn't offer it to us at some astronomical price!).

Best,

Michael

Regarding A/V and the hotel... there shouldn't really be that much; just a screen rental and verification of the audio patch, yes? Everything else will either be brought in by members or myself at this point. Just checking.Â

Hi folks,Â
Â
As of today, we have 31 registrations, 29 banquets, and 28 of the 50Â
fieldÂ
trip slots filled.Â

forgot (or didn't think you had) to register. (In case you wereÂ
curious,Â
yes, the AGA side of the house has all registered.)Â
