Also, Ray usually has some basic requirements. These are quoted from the ones 
he gave us for AGA2K4. Will all they apply in AGA2K6:

# Ray's Hotel and Food costs incurred during the event.
# 8 - 8' tables or 10 - 6' tables for display purposes.
# Secured, lockable room for displays.
# Your event must be a 2 - 3 day event.
# Products must be displayed until Sunday A.M.
# 1 year Membership corresponding Membership. (publication only)
# Individual thank you letters for the donated products and Ray's service 
to each manufacturer.
# If Kingfish Services is attending your event, you must not write to the 
represented manufacturers asking for donations for your event.
