Manage Auction & oversee runners, cashiers, software, etc --E. Olson
Silent auction set up -- arranging tables, marking/inventory (presumably Erik's 
bars?)
Treasury/Cash mgt.  Hieber
Danish-Speaker Assistance. -- K. Randall 
Side Trips -- small excursions beofre or after the convention
Field Trip check in and head counts at start and end
Field Trip Snacks -- Procure & deliver
General Speaker assistance
Hospitality room - open/close/stock, advise vendors when rooms open/close for 
set up/take down each day.
Registration -- membership-checking -- C Rogers?
Hotel liaison -- deal with hotel for any questions, requests, problems, etc.
Plant identifier and 2 or 3 more plant baggers -- Hieber will pitch in on the 
bagging
Auctioneers -- L Lampert, at least one or two more
