Hey Scott and/or Cheryl,

Here's something that would help out a lot right now...

If you have a list of all the attendees, e-mail (and collect the responses 
to) this:

Dear AGA Convention attendee,

Only about a month left before the big event!

T-SHIRTS: We are going to have convention T-Shirts available, and want 
your input.  If you are interested in buying one at the convention, please 
reply to this e-mail with your T-Shirt size, and a color preference.  We 
are only going to have one color, so this is just to help us pick it!

VOLUNTEERS: We also need volunteers to help staff the registration desk, 
be runners at the Sunday auction, set up, tear down, chaperone speakers, 
you name it!  If you are able to sign up for one of these tasks, please 
also reply to this e-mail.  (We'll give you a free T-Shirt for your help, 
so please answer the T-shirt questions too.)

AUCTION: Remember to bring your excess plants and cuttings for our Sunday 
auction.  You'll get 70% of each bid!

HOTEL: Finally, just a reminder that the hotel stops taking reservations 
at the convention rate of $99 on October 12th, so if you haven't booked 
those rooms, head over to the website now:
