Some of the tasks are added or more specific owing to conversations with Karen. 
There's enough folks to cover things, generally. I thought if we could get some 
specific assignments of task, that might be a help -- avoid the last minute 
"NO, I never said I'd do THAT". E.g., Jim is listed for auction but I don't 
know what he's doing. E.g., I will be receiving the cash drawers at the end of 
the auction. I should also be listed, I reckon, as bringing some initial cash 
so that cashiers can make change at the start. Of course, as the plumber said, 
I will be at your disposal.

Btw, are we running tabs again for these auctions?

Hmm... I think we already have the excel spreadsheet you sent me a month + 
ago, and I'm still going on that.  I'm going to plug in the names from Jim 
into that spreadsheet.
