Nope, by tab I meant drink now while you're sitting at the bar, pay one time before you're ready to leave the bar. If we do all the cashiering at the end -- everyone on tabs -- that's going to be a rush hour backlog, isn't it? I'm thinking back to 2002 when everyone picked up their stuff and paid at the end. If folks want to pay as they go, should we do that? I was excpecting that was how we were going to do it -- take your stuff and pay as you go -- and maybe allow tabs too, at least for the many-purchase buyers. But you have much more experience with diff auction processes than I. As for the list -- the thought was that diff members of the group might think up some specific "and don't forget . . ." tasks the other hadn't thought of. sh ----- Original Message ---- From: Erik Olson <erik@thekrib.com> To: Aquatic Gardeners Association Board <aga-sc@thekrib.com> Sent: Tuesday, October 3, 2006 2:17:06 PM Subject: Re: [AGA-sc] [AGA-conheads] Staffing Not sure what you mean by "tabs"? Each bidder will be in the system. They pay when they check out. Do you mean letting them check out without paying and then pay later? I thought I had all the tasks you listed in the spreadsheet. Oh yeah, I did update it from the form you sent it in. Let me see if I can post it (even if I can't read it from here)...this might be the original; it might be the modified version. _______________________________________________ AGA-sc mailing list AGA-sc@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-sc
